| Sunday School usually runs from the Sunday after Labor day until mid-May, with an all-ages Vacation Bible School in August. Classes are grouped by age and grade, typically 3 years through kindergarten, first through third grade, fourth and fifth together, middle school, high school, and adult. The children and youth learn Bible stories as presented in the Akaloo curriculum. The adult class chooses topics that last several months: two years ago it was the new catechism, last year it was the PC (USA) study on families, and this year they are studying topics relating to the day's sermon. | |
